Mailboxes

You can now send documents to Skwiz by email. Each newly created mailbox gets its own address (e.g. abc123@inbox.skwiz.ai), and Skwiz automatically processes every PDF attachment as a separate document. Other file types are ignored.

You can set up mailboxes under Settings > Document settings > Mailboxes. For each mailbox, choose an email prefix, whether PDF splitting is on and which document type or classifier to use. You can also limit processing to trusted sender domains. Custom subdomains are available on request.

Documents received by email include an "Original sender" field, so you can always see where they came from.
